Albaray returns

Albaray has a 30-day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. From 19th May 2025, Albaray charges £2.95 for UK returns. Free exchanges are available within the returns portal, allowing you to swap items for another size with free delivery on the replacement. Refunds are processed within 7 days of the return arriving, and can take up to 10 days to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Swimwear returns are not accepted unless the hygiene seal is intact.
