Animal sells clothing, footwear, bags and accessories for men, women and kids. Animal returns

Animal allows returns of unwanted items in their original condition with labels and tags attached for a full refund, up to 60 days after receiving your order. Returns are free. Online purchases can be sent back to the warehouse through an Evri return, available at over 4,500 locations with no printer required, or returned to one of Animal’s stores. Returns to the warehouse are processed in approximately 14 days. Animal also offers a 365 day, no quibble quality guarantee, and items that develop a manufacturer’s fault within one year of purchase can be exchanged or refunded in full. Exchanges are not currently offered back to the warehouse; customers return the item and reorder. All products come with a 12-month guarantee.

Animal offers free delivery on orders over £50. The brand runs sale sections for mens, womens and kids, with discounts shown on individual products.
