Apricotonline offers free delivery on orders of £75 and above, as stated in the banner across its pages. The site also refers visitors to its Ireland website for delivery rates to Ireland.

Apricotonline returns

Apricotonline offers free returns on UK orders placed online. Registered customers can book a return through My account and receive a free returns label to send items back via Evri or Royal Mail. Items can be returned in their original condition within 28 days of the purchase date, and a full refund is issued via the original payment method. Online and store orders can also be returned to a standalone Apricot store with proof of purchase. Face masks, socks and jewellery cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons, and items marked as Sale products cannot be refunded. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be completed.
