Good to know

Arenaflowers was founded in 2006 and says it has delivered more than 10 million hand-tied bouquets across the UK. It was the first online flower delivery company to be registered with Fairtrade and pays the Fairtrade Premium to its certified growers. It plants two trees for every bouquet sold, one for the sender and one for the recipient, through Veritree in Kenya. Its packaging is recyclable, compostable or reusable, and it removed fossil-based single-use plastics from its flower packaging in 2017. The company says it has held a perfect 100/100 score on The Good Shopping Guide’s Ethical Company Index since 2018 and has held Positive Luxury’s Butterfly Mark since 2019.
