Babybee offers Standard and Express shipping. Standard Shipping delivers in 2 to 9 business days. Express Shipping requires an order before 9am for same day dispatch and delivers in 1 to 3 business days, and is available for orders under 580. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Due to a high volume of orders, customers should allow up to an additional 48 hours for an order to be dispatched. Orders leave the Melbourne warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of purchase, and tracking information is emailed once the order is dispatched. The site does not ship to Australia Post parcel lockers. If an order is not at home, couriers will leave it in a secure location or contact the customer with instructions to collect from a Post Office or depot. Accessories and spare parts purchased in the same transaction as a pram can be returned with the pram if they are in original condition, but this policy excludes accessories purchased in a separate transaction. Baby Essentials products can be returned if in original condition, including the sealed plastic bag on the POD. Seena products are subject to Seena’s returns policy, which offers returns within 30 days of delivery for nursery furniture, and customers are responsible for shipping costs. Damage to returned items results in no refund, and the customer pays all shipping fees plus a 50 administration fee. Once the printed label is scanned at the Post Office, Babybee takes responsibility for any product lost in transit. The policy excludes returns for a different colour, different model, or returns to take advantage of a price variation. Products purchased through the outlet section are not eligible for free returns. The change of mind return policy can only be used once. Car seats and capsules are only eligible for change-of-mind returns if they are brand new, unused, and in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging, with all original packaging, seals, labels, accessories, and documentation intact.
