Blanc Space returns

Blanc Space returns run for 60 days from delivery. You can return any product for a refund or store credit, or exchange it for a different phone model or design; items need to be unused and in their original packaging, and opened is fine as long as everything is still in new condition. Personalised cases are final sale, but you can exchange one for the same personalisation on another phone model or case type at half price. You cover the return postage, and nothing is taken off your refund. Blanc Space processes returns within 5 working days of the parcel arriving at its warehouse; a refund then takes 1–3 working days to show, and store credit is emailed the moment the return is processed. Store credit is worth 20% more than a refund.
