BloomChic gives buyers 30 days from the date of receiving an item to start a return, and the return package must be postmarked within that 30-day period. Returns are started through the brand’s returns page, which generates a prepaid return label or a return code for eligible drop-off locations. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the brand receiving the return and go back to the original payment method, with credit card refunds taking 7-14 business days to appear and PayPal refunds 1-3 business days. Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund: in the U.S., Happy Returns costs US$5.99 for 1 to 3 items and US$5.99 plus US$2 per additional item beyond the first 3, and other methods such as USPS cost a flat US$7.99 per return; in Canada the flat fee is US$6.99 per return.
