Cadence returns

Cadence accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Once a return label is generated, customers have 14 days to drop off the return with the carrier for a full refund. Domestic returns carry a 10 USD restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. International, FPO, APO, and DPO returns must also be requested within 30 days, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
