CHARCOAL offers free express shipping on Australian orders over $150. CHARCOAL ships to over 150 countries worldwide, with international delivery estimates of 3–7 business days to New Zealand, 7–14 business days to the USA, Canada, UK and Europe, and 10–21 business days to the rest of the world. Orders placed before 1pm AEST are aimed to be shipped the same business day, and international orders are dispatched within 24 hours. A gift with purchase is available on orders with a minimum spend of $150.

CHARCOAL returns

CHARCOAL accepts returns within 30 days of dispatch for Australian orders, with a $9.95 return label fee deducted from the refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached, and Final Sale items, items at 50% off or more, swimwear, bodysuits, earrings, cosmetics and undergarments are not eligible. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2–8 business days, and up to 2 free exchanges are available per order. International returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with postage at the customer’s expense.

CHARCOAL runs a sale section with final markdowns on limited styles, and offers a free gift with purchase on orders with a minimum spend of $150.
