Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico costs 15 USD with delivery in 5 to 10 business days. Expedited options are available: express delivery in 2 business days costs 18 USD and next-day delivery in 1 business day costs 35 USD, both for orders placed before 12 p.m. EST. All orders are processed within 2 business days from receipt, and orders placed after 12 p.m. EST are processed the following business day.

Cosabella returns

Cosabella accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days from the day of delivery, a period extended to 6 weeks for purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas. A 7 USD return fee applies to items returned for refund, while returns for store credit and exchanges are complimentary. A prepaid return shipping label is provided for the first return on every order, and a complimentary exchange label is provided for the first exchange within an order. Returns are processed within 10 business days of being received in the warehouse, and refunds are credited to the original form of payment minus the 7 USD fee. Only garments in original condition with tags intact are accepted, and full-price panties can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
