Cyberjammies ships free on UK orders over £40. UK standard delivery costs £3.95 and takes 2-4 working days by Royal Mail or Evri, and is free on orders over £40. UK standard delivery by DPD costs £5.95, or £2.00 on orders over £40, and takes up to 2 working days; all orders over £150 are sent via DPD free of charge. Next working day delivery, ordered by 4pm Monday to Friday, costs £8.00. Cyberjammies also delivers to Ireland, EU member states, Canada, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan, with taxes and duties paid on those routes.

Cyberjammies returns

Cyberjammies gives 28 days to return an item on all UK orders, and returns are free. Buyers start a return through the SWAP portal with their CJ order number and can choose a refund, an exchange or store credit. Refunds can be issued as a Cyberjammies e-gift voucher or back to the original payment method. Exchanges can be instant, with the new order processed as soon as the return is registered, or standard, processed once the returned item reaches the warehouse.
