What Desky® sells

Desky® sells standing desks, L-shape standing desks, desks for small spaces, fixed office desks, manual adjustable desks, sit stand desk frames, gaming desks and desk tops. Its chair range covers ergonomic chairs, mesh office chairs, gaming chairs, sit stand and drafting chairs, and office stools. It also sells monitor arms, monitor risers, laptop stands and mounts, plus accessories including desk lamps, in-desk power, cable management, desk mats, chair mats, anti-fatigue mats, drawers and filing cabinets, footrests, computer mounts, headphone stands and hooks, phone stands, pinboards and whiteboards.

Prices in the Desky® product list run from 9.90 AUD to 39990 AUD, with a middle price of 1229 AUD. Desky® shipping

Desky® ships all orders from its warehouse in Brisbane, QLD, using a flat-rate structure based on the product type in the order. Monitor arms, drawers and accessories cost 9.95 AUD; stools, under desk cabinets and metal lockers 19.95 AUD; 2-leg sit stand desks, ergonomic chairs, pedestals and filing cabinets 39.95 AUD; 3-leg sit stand desks 59.95 AUD; and back-to-back workstations 69.90 AUD. If multiple product types are ordered, the higher flat rate applies. Orders placed before 12 PM AEST ship the same business day, and orders placed after that time ship the next business day. Tracking is provided for all orders, and express delivery is available for certain metro locations, quoted at checkout.

Desky® returns

Desky® accepts returns of products in ‘as new’ condition with their original packaging within 7 days of delivery, for an exchange or a refund, with the buyer covering the shipping cost. All returns must be authorised by Desky before anything is sent back, and a copy of the original order invoice must be included. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and a damage fee may apply if the original packaging is not returned or goods or packaging arrive damaged or with missing parts. Custom orders and bulk orders of more than one desk or three or more of any other item are excluded. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, Desky asks to be notified within 3 days of delivery with photo or video evidence, and it covers return shipping fees and costs and provides a replacement or refund.

Discounts and offers at Desky®

Desky® offers an Almost Perfect range, where stock with a mark, dent or finish flaw that misses the quality bar is sold at a discount instead of being written off. The brand also offers bulk order pricing for people fitting out a workspace or office, available by contacting the team for project pricing. The home page promotes an extra 100 AUD off.

Good to know about Desky®

Desky® backs its Dual and L-Shape desk frames with a 10 year warranty, and its Single Sit Stand frame with a 3 year warranty. Its desks are tested by independent labs including BIFMA, EESS, TUV Rheinland and AFRDI. The Dual Sit Stand desk frame carries 140kg, the L-Shape 200kg and the Single 80kg, with a height range of 60 to 125cm on the Dual and L-Shape that suits users from 150cm to 205cm. Desktops come in more than 30 finishes, including melamine, bamboo, rubberwood, softwood and real hardwood, in five leg colours, from a 1200mm desk up to a 2000mm top or an L-shape with a left or right return. The timber carries FSC, PEFC and Responsible Wood certification, and the products are Global GreenTag certified at GOLD PLUS, GreenRate Level A. Desky® ships to three countries and has Australian based support, with a Brisbane showroom open Monday to Friday.
