Standard delivery to the United States costs $10 (3–4 working days) with free delivery on orders over $200; to Ireland €10 (2 working days) with free delivery over €200; to Europe €15 (2–3 working days) with free delivery over €200; and to Australia AUD$25 (4–5 working days) with free delivery over AUD$300. For the rest of the world, the delivery charge and estimated time appear automatically at checkout.

Eleven Loves returns are free within the UK through the brand’s free returns portal, where customers submit their details and receive a free returns label or QR code with instructions. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, in the original condition and with tags attached; sale items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
