Eskute shipping

Eskute ships free on orders to the continental United States. Its shipping policy lists FedEx Ground Service as the delivery company for the US (48 lower states), with an estimated delivery time of 3-8 business days and free shipping. Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days of order confirmation and payment, and weekends and fixed holidays are not included. Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, Puerto Rico, military districts, Hawaii, Alaska, the Virgin Islands, Guam, or addresses outside the continental US. Changing the address before the tracking number is provided carries no charge; a change once in transit is charged $20, and cancelling an order after the package has shipped is charged $200. Customs fees may be charged by the buyer’s government in seldom cases.

Eskute returns

Eskute accepts return and exchange requests when contacted within 15 days from receipt of the item. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging, and the buyer needs the receipt or proof of purchase. The buyer emails with photos or videos and the order number, and Eskute determines eligibility within 3 business days. Once the return is received, the item is inspected in 3-5 working days, then a replacement or refund is issued. If the return is due to Eskute’s problems, such as incorrect products or quality problems, a full refund is provided; if it is due to the buyer’s problem, the buyer pays the freight. There is no restocking fee. Refunds go to the original payment method within 2-3 working days. Orders can be cancelled before the parcel is shipped for a full refund.
