Shipping

Orders are shipped at the correct time for planting, and all orders are shipped in the order in which they were placed. Deliveries are carbon-neutral: Farmer Gracy works with Shopify Planet, which calculates the shipping emissions for each order and funds carbon removal, with a contribution of between £0.035 and £0.15 per order. The shipping range covers the UK and EU countries.

Returns

If you wish to cancel all or part of your order after it has been processed, shipped or delivered, you must notify Farmer Gracy within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then return the order or any unwanted items for a refund. Returns are not free: return postage is at your cost and is not reimbursed. Items should be returned in good condition with their original packaging. You can also cancel an order or items within it before dispatch using the ‘Cancel items’ button in your customer account. If a crop failure or deterioration means an item cannot be supplied, you are refunded in full for that item and any remaining items are sent.
