Floridatix shipping

Floridatix delivers its tickets by email rather than by postal dispatch. Once a booking is paid in full, e-tickets are sent within 72 hours for bookings that do not include Walt Disney World Resort or Universal Orlando Resort tickets. Bookings that include Walt Disney World Resort or Universal Orlando Resort tickets have all tickets issued 31 days before the departure date, even if the booking is already paid in full.

Floridatix returns

Floridatix allows bookings to be cancelled by contacting the company through chat on floridatix.com, by email or by phone, and cancellations take effect once a cancellation invoice is issued. The company does not allow partial changes to bookings; instead, the original booking is cancelled and refunded, with cancellation fees applying, and a new booking must be made at the current ticket price with a new deposit. Any price difference between the original and new booking is charged or refunded accordingly.

Good to know about Floridatix

Floridatix requires a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, or full payment at least 90 days before the departure date, and the balance must be paid at least 90 days before departure. Full payment for all bookings is due 91 days prior to the departure date. The company guarantees that the price quoted on a booking confirmation will not change unless the booking is amended, and it reserves the right to amend the price of unsold attractions at any time. A booking is confirmed by a confirmation invoice, which forms the binding contract between the customer and Floridatix.
