Fresh Sends shipping

Fresh Sends delivers within the lower 48 states of the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all United States territories, and does not deliver to PO boxes. For floral gifts, bouquets are arranged, packaged and shipped the day before the recipient receives them and travel overnight. For gift sets and nonperishables, Fresh Sends offers three shipping options: Standard at 3–7 business days for $6.95, Expedited at 2–3 business days for $15 and Rush at 1–2 business days for $30, with 1 to 2 business days to receive and process an order. Shipping is not available on Sundays, Mondays or major United States holidays unless otherwise indicated, and no specific delivery time is guaranteed.

Fresh Sends returns

Fresh Sends does not accept returns on flowers and other perishable items, and all sales are final for perishable goods. Compensation for the wrong item, a substandard bouquet or a non-delivery is available when the customer reaches out within 3 calendar days of the delivery date, with a photo required for substandard bouquets; credits issued for replacement bouquets cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Nonperishable items such as clothing may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after delivery, provided they are unworn and undamaged, while final sale items are not eligible. Fresh Set items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the order if unused and in original packaging, with the item shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return label.
