Goop shipping

Goop ships free standard shipping in the United States on orders of $50 or more before taxes and shipping. Standard shipping on all US orders less than $50 before taxes and shipping is $6.95, and order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is $15 for UPS 2-day delivery and $25 for UPS 1-day delivery, and orders placed weekdays before 11 a.m. PT/2 p.m. ET ship same day, while orders placed after that time or on weekends or holidays ship the following business day. Expedited shipping is available only to addresses within the contiguous United States. Goop currently ships to US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories, and to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses by ground only. Goop also ships to Canada, where expedited shipping of 1 to 3 business days in transit is offered for a limited period at a flat rate of CAD $20, with free shipping for a limited time when you spend $150 or more; all shipments to Canada are delivered duty paid. Non-US shipping eligibility is indicated on the item detail page, and monogrammed items take up to 4 weeks to ship regardless of shipment type.

Goop returns

Full-priced items ordered prior to June 26, 2026 remain eligible for a 30-day return window. Items must be returned unopened and unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and damaged items are not eligible. US returns are started at return.goop.com with a pre-paid shipping label, and goop charges a $10 restocking fee for all US returns regardless of return method, deducted from the refund. Canadian returns are initiated through the Customer Experience team, carry a CAD $20 restocking fee and are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in. Opened skincare, makeup, haircare and fragrance items are eligible for store credit, not a refund. Goop does not accept exchanges. Intimate apparel, jewelry, personalized or custom-made products, merchandise marked final sale or non-returnable, and items bought through a goop pop-up shop from a third-party brand are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Goop offers free shipping in the United States on orders of $50 or more before taxes and shipping. For Canada, goop states that for a limited time only, buyers get free shipping when they spend $150 or more. Good to know about Goop

Goop confirms orders by email with the order number and shipping method, and sends a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once an order is prepared for shipment.
