Groupon shipping

Groupon primarily sells vouchers that are redeemed at the merchant rather than shipped as physical products. For Direct Checkout deals, Groupon collects shipping details at the time of purchase and passes them to the merchant, who then dispatches the offering to the buyer.

Groupon returns

Groupon offers a 7-day cancellation period from the day the buyer receives the confirmation email, during which the purchase of a voucher can be cancelled. If the voucher is redeemed during this period, the right to cancel is lost. Groupon processes refunds within 14 calendar days from the day the buyer informs Groupon about the cancellation. Refunds are made to the original method of payment. If the merchant has not properly provided the offering after redemption, the buyer must take action against the merchant directly, though Groupon may help resolve the issue upon request.

The site also lists a Coupons section with voucher codes by brand, category and seasonal offers.

Good to know about Groupon

Groupon provides 24/7 chat support for customers. Vouchers are redeemable in their entirety only and may not be redeemed partially. If a merchant cannot supply the offering as described for unforeseen reasons, Groupon will notify the buyer by email and offer either a new voucher with comparable benefits or a repayment of the purchase price or Groupon credit.
