Good to know about Healf

Healf works on a Three Step Curation Process: its discovery team finds innovative wellbeing brands, each product is validated by a panel of industry specialists including dieticians, personal trainers, psychologists and sleep experts, and a dedicated community of customers tests and reviews each product before it is featured. Healf states it has over 300,000 trusted customers, over 150 top quality brands, over 1k reviews and a Trustpilot rating of 4.8. The store was founded by two brothers, Max and Lestat, around its Four Pillars of EAT, MOVE, MIND and SLEEP. Customers can book a call with an in-house expert for product recommendations, and Healf Zone offers an at-home health assessment including blood testing to build a personalised supplement routine. Under each product, Healf lists detailed information about the ingredient formula, the intended purpose and how to use it.
