Icy shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, destination, and carrier rates. Orders over 99 USD qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under 99 USD are charged a flat rate displayed at checkout. All orders take 1 to 2 business days to prepare before shipping. United States orders take 4 to 8 business days after dispatch. Canada orders take 4 to 8 business days after dispatch. All other countries take 7 to 21 business days after dispatch. Mystery Boxes require up to 1 to 7 business days. Express shipping takes 1 to 2 business days for processing and 3 to 5 business days for transit after dispatch. Pickup orders require 1 business day for processing.

Icy returns

Icy gives buyers 30 days to try a purchase and allows returns for any reason within that period for store credit. Returns must be in resalable condition, meaning items must be unworn and unwashed. If the item came with tags, they must still be attached. Items without tags can still be returned as long as they are unworn and unwashed. Returns that do not meet these conditions may still be accepted at Icy’s discretion but will be issued as store credit minus return shipping and a restocking fee. In some cases, items may be sent back to the customer, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Defective or faulty products can be returned if it has been less than 30 days since purchase. Purchases made at an Icy retail store must be returned to the store, and instore policies may differ from the online return policy. If a discount code was used, the value of the discount will not be credited, refunded, or transferred.

Icy was started in 2018 by founder Manik Kundra as a university project to cover school expenses.
