ILGM shipping

ILGM ships free on orders over $50 within the United States, with discreet packaging and tracked delivery. Orders are sent via USPS from the brand’s warehouse in Florida and usually leave within 1-3 business days, typically within 1 day. Delivery takes about 2-5 business days according to the home page and 3-5 business days according to the shipping policy. The outside of the package carries no mention of cannabis or ILGM. A USPS tracking number is emailed within 1-2 business days. ILGM ships only within the United States, and using a mail forwarding service is at the buyer’s own risk.

ILGM returns

ILGM backs every seed with a 100% germination guarantee rather than a returns window. If seeds fail to germinate, ILGM replaces them free of charge, matching the original strain when possible. Proof of purchase in the form of an order number or receipt is required, and the buyer must follow ILGM’s recommended germination methods. The guarantee applies within 12 months of purchase, and ILGM offers one reship per order.

Discounts and offers at ILGM

ILGM runs a Buy 10 Get 10 Free offer on its best-selling autoflower seeds, presented on the home page as a way to double seeds for free. The home page also carries a sale section in which listed strains are shown at reduced prices, and the brand applies discounts at checkout through discount codes entered during the order process. Free tracked delivery applies to every order.

Good to know about ILGM

ILGM has supported cannabis cultivators since 2012 and launched its online store around 2015. The brand provides a Strain Finder quiz that asks five short questions about desired effects, potency, grow location, grow space and experience level, then returns strain recommendations with THC and CBD levels, grow difficulty and links to grow guides. ILGM also offers grow guides and personalized grower support. Payment methods include major credit cards, Zelle, ACH, wire transfer, check, money order, cash by mail and Bitcoin. Cannabis seeds are sold as souvenirs and adult novelty items, and germination of cannabis seeds remains illegal in many places.
