Kate Backdrop returns

Kate Backdrop says it wants customers to love its products and makes returns as simple as possible. The return process asks customers to clear photos for reference, contact the brand, and send photos, after which they receive a refund or store credits. If an order arrives with manufacturing defects or damage incurred during packaging or transit, the customer should reach out for a reissue or refund. The return policy also states that if a customer needs to cancel an order, they should reach out within 6 hours of placing the order, and the brand will get to work on the order within 24 hours of receiving it. If the order has already entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and if the customer still insists on cancelling, they would have to pay 25% of the order price for the printed item as a cancellation fee.
