Lensology shipping

Lensology ships all UK orders by Royal Mail, with Tracked 48 at £4.35 insured to £150, Tracked 24 at £6.95 insured to £150, Royal Mail Special Delivery at £10.00 insured to £700 and Royal Mail Special Delivery at £12.00 insured to £1,000. International orders are sent by DHL Express at £20.00 to Europe with an estimated 1-2 days, £25.00 to the USA and Canada with an estimated 2-3 days, and £30.00 to Australia and the rest of the world with an estimated 2-4 days. Lensology covers all import tax and customs fees. Orders are processed and shipped between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Lensology returns

Lensology operates a 30-day return policy, under which customers must advise the company of any problems or defects within 14 days and return the goods within 30 days. Goods must be returned in their original condition, and Lensology recommends obtaining proof of postage, as it cannot take responsibility for packages lost in the post. Returned goods are examined on receipt and customers are notified by e-mail about a refund or replacement. Lensology provides prepaid tracked returns labels for customers within the UK, while customers returning orders from outside the United Kingdom cover the cost of shipping themselves. Delivery charges are non-refundable for orders posted internationally outside the United Kingdom, and all frames purchased online or via the walk-in showroom are non-refundable; the 30-day returns policy applies to reglazing of lenses only. Prescription inserts for AR glasses are not returnable or refundable because each is made to order, though a faulty insert or one that does not match the prescription supplied will be replaced or corrected at no additional cost once the customer has returned it at their own expense.
