Standard delivery within the UK costs £2.95 with Royal Mail or Evri and takes 2-3 working days; express delivery costs £4.95 and takes 1-2 working days when ordered before 3pm, Monday to Thursday. Order processing typically takes 2-3 working days before delivery, though Maebe strives to process orders within 1-2 working days. International shipping runs through DHL Express and Fed-Ex Priority: £14.00 to the Republic of Ireland, £15.00 to Europe, £29.00 to the USA, £23.00 to Canada, £32.00 to Australia and £35.00 to the UAE.

Maebe returns

Maebe gives you 14 days to request a return and 30 days to get the item back to them from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unaltered and still fitted with their original tags and security ribbon. UK returns go through the returns portal, where you select your items and courier and receive a printer-less QR code; a £2.50 return label charge is deducted from your refund, which is paid back by your original payment method within 14 days of your return. Maebe does not accept exchanges; items must be returned and a new order placed. International returns are not supported by the portal yet, so you must email the customer care team within 14 days of delivery.

Maebe offers sizes from 2XS to 4XL, running from UK 4 to UK 20, with hopes to extend the sizing further. Care instructions are printed on the care label, usually on the right-hand inner side seam of the garments.
