Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached, free of marks or stains, with hygiene stickers in place on bodysuits, swimwear and undergarments, and not marked Final Sale at purchase. Earrings and underwear accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and direct exchanges are not possible. Faulty items notified within 14 days of delivery qualify for a full refund with a free returns label.
