What Mipod sells

Mipod sells vape kits, including refillable pod kits, e-cig kits, vape mods, vape tanks and chargers. Its own Mi-Pod range includes the Mi-Pod PRO and Mi-Pod 2.0, and the shop also carries kits and pod systems from Voopoo, Caliburn, GeekVape, Suorin, Vaporesso, SMOK and Urban Tale. It stocks replacement pods and coils for these devices, as well as a wide selection of vape juice in nic salts, high VG, tobacco, menthol, fruit and dessert flavors from brands such as Naked 100, Juice Head, Jam Monster and Pod Salt. The shop also sells disposable vapes from brands including Geek Bar, Lost Mary, RAZ and Fume, in flavors from banana and blue razz to tobacco and watermelon, plus nicotine pouches from Zyn, Lucy, Alp and others, including nicotine-free options.

Mipod lists its own Mi-Pod NX Petal Starter Kit and Mi-Pod NX Blade Starter Kit at 9.99 USD each, and other kits across the shop range from 8.99 USD for the VOOPOO Argus V2 Pod to 89.99 USD for the Geekvape Legend 5 Kit. Standard shipping applies to orders under 79.99 USD.

Mipod shipping

Mipod ships free on orders over 79.99 USD. The free shipping offer applies only to online orders of 79.99 USD or more, after discount and before tax, placed inside the US, and it is available for most of the 48 contiguous US states; it does not cover Guam, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska or APO/DPO/FPO and other US military addresses. Mipod does not ship internationally, and orders placed with international shipping are cancelled and refunded. All orders have a processing time of 24 to 72 business hours, and most orders ship within 48 hours. Delivery requires an adult signature with government photo ID confirming the recipient is 21 or over, and if a package is returned because no one was available to sign, a refund is issued minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost.

Mipod returns

Mipod accepts returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the returned product is received, Mipod issues a refund to the card used for the original order, minus a 15% restocking fee, and shipping fees are not refunded. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back and are advised to add insurance to the return package. Certain items cannot be returned under FDA regulation, including opened and used e-liquid, opened and used devices and accessories, and products not purchased on mipod.com; Puffco products do not qualify for refunds or exchanges, and there are no refunds or exchanges on sample packs or bundle deals that are partially returned or opened. Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase, and customers should contact Mipod before returning any product to receive an RMA form.

Mipod offers free domestic shipping on online orders over 79.99 USD, after discount and before tax, within the US. The shop also lists bundle deals, which are subject to the restriction that partially returned or opened bundle deals do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Good to know about Mipod

Mipod provides troubleshooting support for its devices, covering issues such as a Mi-Pod that lights up but produces no vapor, spit back, charging and pod longevity, with each pod designed to handle up to five refills. Its customer service team is available by phone and email, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Arizona time, and orders placed after 12 PM Arizona time on Friday are processed the following business day. Flavored vapor products are not available for purchase in the state of California.
