To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, in the original wrapping with tags and in its original packaging, and for tile sets the shrink wrap must not have been opened or removed. A return must be requested by contacting the brand first, and returns sent back without a prior request are not accepted. If the returned product is not in original packaging, a 15% restocking fee is deducted at the time of refund. Once a return is received and inspected, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
