What Naylors sells

Naylors stocks equestrian, country and pet products. For riders there is riding wear including jackets, gilets, jodhpurs, breeches, gloves and base layers, plus competition wear, riding hats, body protectors and hi-vis. Footwear covers wellies, country boots, riding boots, yard boots and walking boots. For the horse the range includes horse rugs, bridles, grooming kits, stable accessories, numnahs and saddlery. Country attire spans jackets, coats, gilets, sweaters, shirts, socks and handbags, and there is a growing range of pet products, including an extensive range for dogs. Brands named on the site include Ariat, Holland Cooper, Horseware, Dublin, Barbour, Joules, Dubarry, WeatherBeeta and LeMieux.

Prices

Prices on the public product list run from 10 GBP to 260 GBP, with a middle price of 65 GBP. Examples include the Toy Pony Heritage Fly Hood at 16.95 GBP, the Toy Pony Heritage Saddle Pad at 16.95 GBP, the Toy Pony Heritage Vogue Headcollar & Leadrope at 19.95 GBP, the Toy Pony Heritage Bandages at 12.95 GBP, the Heritage Fly Hood at 36.95 GBP, the Heritage Check Jump Square at 69.95 GBP, the Women’s Heritage Borg Gilet at 59.95 GBP, the Kids’ Foxfire Reflective Wellies at 20 GBP, the Kids’ Pro-Lite II Jockey Helmet at 138 GBP, the Pro-Lite II Jockey Helmet at 165 GBP and the Men’s Grafter Belt at 16.99 GBP. All prices are inclusive of VAT, and a VAT receipt can be requested by email with the order number. An equestrian sale department is updated daily, with special offers on current season products throughout the year.

Shipping

Standard Delivery costs £3.99 or is free when you spend £75+, delivered within 3-5 days between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays, with a tracking link provided once the order is despatched. Next Day Delivery costs £5.99 for orders placed by 5pm, delivered by Evri or DHL between 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday, excluding bank holidays. Premium Next Day Delivery costs £7.99 for orders placed by 5pm, delivered by DPD with SMS and email updates and a one-hour delivery window. Click & Collect is free: if items are already in-store you can often collect the same day or the following day, and if they are not in stock they are delivered to the store from the warehouse in 3-5 days.

Returns

Naylors offers a refund within 28 days of delivery or collection, whatever the reason. The easiest route is the Returns Portal, which arranges collection through Evri or Royal Mail from just £2, payable by Visa or Mastercard. Online orders can also be returned free of charge to any Naylors store or Naylors concession in a GO Outdoors store, with the delivery note, or by post through any carrier. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition unless faulty. Bladed items can only be returned to a store, and very heavy items may be too large for the returns carriers. Underwear, perishable products such as food and PPE equipment such as helmets are exempt from returns. Delivery charges are refunded where goods are faulty.

Good to know

Naylors began trading in 1965 and is now part of the GO Outdoors family, with stores across the UK and Naylors concessions appearing in GO Outdoors stores nationwide. Retail advisors in store are described as experienced equestrians, most of whom own at least one horse. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Delta, American Express, PayPal or Klarna, and payment is taken immediately when the order is accepted. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. The site does not require a password; account login uses a one-time password sent by email.
