NEIWAI shipping

NEIWAI ships free on U.S. orders of $39 or more. For U.S. orders under $39, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 is applied to the order total. If all items are in stock, orders ship within 2–3 business days, and the brand asks customers to allow up to 3 weeks for final delivery to U.S. addresses. Canadian orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid, with duties and taxes collected at checkout on the original retail value of the products. For other international destinations, shipping options and fees are detailed at checkout, and duties and taxes are not included in shipping fees. Some products cannot be shipped to Alaska, APO/DPO/FPO addresses, U.S. Protectorates/Territories, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.

NEIWAI returns

NEIWAI offers easy 30-day returns on unworn garments for eligible U.S. orders, and returns and exchanges are only available for U.S. customers. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. If a refund to the original payment method is chosen, a $6 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund; if store credit is chosen, the return is free and the store credit never expires, and the $6 fee is also waived for exchanges. Shipping and tariff fees are non-refundable. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged, holiday gift sets are final sale and non-returnable, and for health and safety reasons briefs are not returnable. The hygienic liner must be attached on swimsuits and swim bottoms.
