OMNES ships free on UK standard orders over £150. Standard shipping in the UK starts from £3.99 and international shipping from £9.99, with delivery to over 100 countries. Next day and express orders are delivered within 1-2 days, while standard deliveries and the economy option take between 3-7 days depending on the country. UK Saturday delivery is available, and next day delivery requires orders to be placed by 3pm GMT. All domestic and international orders are shipped from the brand’s distribution centre in Sherburn, United Kingdom.

OMNES returns

OMNES gives buyers 30 days from receipt of goods to submit a return for an exchange or refund. Returns are subject to a returns fee of £3.99, and free exchanges are offered when swapping for a different size, though exchanges for a different item or style are not accepted. Refunds and exchanges can take over 14 working days to process from the date the return is received, and funds are returned via the payment provider within 3-5 working days. Items must be clean, unworn and have all tags and original packaging. International customers organise and pay for their own return shipments.
