Every garment is professionally cleaned, inspected and prepared by ACS specialists in garment care, and arrives cleaned, pressed and ready to wear. If an item does not fit, you can exchange it or receive credit. You must try on all garments immediately after delivery and notify Oxfam by 12 noon on the next working day if anything does not fit correctly. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund, but once the rental period has begun, the rental fee cannot be refunded.
