Pastest returns

Pastest offers a 14-day refund period on all online subscriptions purchased directly through its website. To be eligible, the request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date and the subscription must not have been significantly used, for example by completing a substantial number of questions or videos. Refunds apply only to digital subscriptions bought directly from Pastest; purchases made through a third-party platform such as Google Playstore are handled by that platform. The Customer Support Team aims to respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method and processed within 10 business days, though bank processing times may vary. Residents of the EU and UK also have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason under consumer protection law, as long as the service has not been substantially used. After 14 days, Pastest does not offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

Good to know about Pastest

Pastest was founded in 1972 by Freydis and Nigel Campbell with the purpose of helping doctors prepare properly for their exams. In 1974 it delivered MRCP Part 1 Practice Papers, described as the first medical revision book in the UK to include medical explanations. In 2005 Pastest entered the digital world with the launch of the MRCP Part 1 online question bank, and by that point it had also held its first face-to-face course at Bart’s Hospital and published the first edition of Essential Revision Notes for MRCP. After 42 years of stewardship, leadership passed in 2014, with Hugh Campbell becoming Chairman of the Board. Pastest celebrated 50 years of serving the medical community in 2022. Its stated vision is to be the career companion for healthcare professionals, supporting learners through exam preparation, career progression and ongoing professional development.
