The full scale is $7.99 for items up to $25.00, $10.99 for $25.01 – $35.00, $13.99 for $35.01 – $48.00, $17.99 for $48.01 – $63.00, $20.99 for $63.01 – $78.00, $23.99 for $78.01 – $100.00, $26.99 for $100.01 – $150.00 and $29.99 for $150.01 and up. Orders arrive during the selected arrival week, and holiday selections arrive during set windows, for example Thanksgiving 11/17-11/23 and Christmas 11/30-12/24. To assure holiday deliveries, orders must be received by November 17 for Thanksgiving, December 18 for Christmas, December 4 for Hanukkah and December 21 for New Years. Additional Express delivery options are available for an extra charge, and Express shipments ordered before 12pm ET ship the same day while orders placed after 12pm ET ship the following business day. There is an additional charge for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, and gift packages may be ordered for delivery to the provinces of Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes with an additional $20.00 charge per delivery. The brand sources Rio Ruby Red Grapefruit from the Texas Rio Grande Valley and the Florida Indian River Area and ships direct from both areas. Its citrus shipping season usually runs from mid-November to early June, starting when the fruit ripens to its standards. In very rare instances a substitution may be made due to weather or shipment delays, and the substitute will be of equal or greater value than the item ordered. Orders can be placed by mail, fax, phone, website or e-mail, and the brand accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover. Credit card payments are charged at the time of order. Some items have limited delivery to Arizona, noted during checkout, and substitutions may occur if there are shipping restrictions to the ship-to state; apples do not ship to Canada.
