Pluto Pillow ships free on orders in the US. The brand states that shipping is always free within the contiguous US, and it ships all orders via UPS out of its facility in Los Angeles, California. Custom pillows ship within two weeks of purchase and typically arrive within five business days after shipping; the Pluto PUFF delivers within 7 business days. Pluto Pillow currently ships only to the contiguous 48 states, and it offers shipping to APO addresses through USPS at $30. It does not ship to PO Boxes.

Pluto Pillow returns

Pluto Pillow offers a 125-night risk-free trial from the date you receive your pillow. The policy is limited to one Pluto Pillow, one PUFF, and one POD return per household per year, and returns must be made using the original packaging and exercised no later than the 125th day following delivery. A full refund is issued once the pillow has been received, with up to 5 business days for processing. For international and APO orders, original shipping fees are non-refundable and return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
