PRC Direct shipping

PRC Direct quotes delivery prices for UK mainland delivery only, excluding the Scottish Highlands. Standard delivery is offered free on most single items, dispatched within 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays and bank holidays, with a one-man delivery service. Express delivery is dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, premium delivery allows the customer to choose a specific delivery date, and Saturday delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 pm on Friday; express, premium and Saturday delivery carry an additional cost shown on the basket page. Deliveries are made between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, by couriers including DPD and Panther, with some items delivered directly from the manufacturer. Delivery can only be made to the cardholder’s address and a signature is required. For large TVs of 55 inches and above and large appliances, the customer must unpack and check the goods for physical damage at the point of delivery and note any damage on the driver’s delivery note. Goods weighing over 25 kg generally televisions are delivered to the ground floor only. PRC Direct cannot leave items with a neighbour, porch or garage.

PRC Direct returns

PRC Direct states that for large TVs of 55 inches and above and large appliances, any physical damage must be noted on the driver’s delivery note at the time of delivery and reported by email immediately; damages reported after delivery without being noted on the delivery note mean PRC Direct will not accept any returns. The brand also notes that this does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights. PRC Direct offers a buy now pay later option and custom installation for its products.
