Returning unwanted items from the UK costs £3.50 per order, paid when the return is booked in the returns portal, or items can be returned free to any Sigma Sports store. Returns take 8 to 10 working days to process. Bulky items such as turbo trainers, wheels and workstands cost £15 for home collection, bikes and bike travel cases cost £35, and indoor bikes or bikes delivered with Premier Delivery cost £100. These charges are waived if the item is faulty or the wrong product was sent. Exchanges are handled by placing a new order rather than through an exchange programme.
