Smiffys sells fancy dress costumes for adults, children and babies, organised by themes such as Halloween, decades, animals, superheroes, TV and movie characters, and seasonal events including Christmas, Easter, PRIDE and St Patrick’s Day. The range includes wigs, masks, hats and headwear, gloves, tights and stockings, fake blood, makeup kits, prosthetics and props such as weapons and brooms. The brand also sells Halloween decorations, balloons and pumpkin carving products. Licensed costumes cover properties including Harry Potter, Star Wars, Marvel, DC Comics, Barbie, Wednesday, Squid Game and PAW Patrol. Smiffys shipping

Smiffys ships free on orders over £30 within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) when the Amazon 2 Day service is chosen. Orders placed by 2pm on weekdays are picked, packed and dispatched the same day, through DPD or Amazon Shipping. Amazon 2 Day delivery costs £3.99 on orders under £30 and is free on orders over £30. Amazon Next Day costs £4.99 under £30 and £2.99 over £30. DPD Next Day Delivery costs £6.99 under £30 and £4.99 over £30. Smiffys delivers to any address in the UK or the Republic of Ireland, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and all of Scottish Highlands and Islands, and is unable to deliver outside the UK or Republic of Ireland. A two day service is offered to the Republic of Ireland and some parts of Scotland.

Smiffys returns

Smiffys accepts returns for a refund within 30 days from receipt of goods. To start a return, customers visit the returns centre, enter their order number and email address, and follow the instructions. Items should be returned in their original packaging, suitable for resale, and are inspected by the Returns Team. Cosmetics, panties, hosiery and wigs cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. Return postage is at the customer’s expense, and a tracked service with proof of postage is recommended. Refunds are issued within a week where possible, and always within 14 calendar days of the goods being received back. The refund covers the full product price, excluding the cost of delivery. If items are returned outside the policy terms and the customer wants them posted back, a charge of £5.99 applies for a tracked postal service.
