Smoke Cartel shipping

Smoke Cartel ships free on domestic orders above 50 USD, with low-cost international shipping available. International shipping rates start at 19.95 USD for International First Class. Smoke Cartel ships via USPS, UPS or FedEx and offers a choice of shipping speeds. The shipping team processes orders within 3 to 5 business days before they are shipped. After processing, Standard Shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days, Priority Shipping takes 2 to 3 business days and Express Shipping takes 1 to 2 business days. International orders generally take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Most items ship from the USA, with a handful fulfilled from Canada or China. Tracking labels are emailed once the package is picked up by the carrier. If prices are displayed in USD and checkout can be reached, Smoke Cartel can ship to that location.

Smoke Cartel returns

Smoke Cartel accepts returns on all unused products, as well as electronics within their original, unopened packaging, up to 48 hours after the order has been delivered. If a product has been used, even just once, the return cannot be accepted. Returns are submitted by contacting Smoke Cartel via Live Chat or email with the order number. For orders that a customer chooses to return, Smoke Cartel offers store credit for the returned piece, and the customer pays shipping and handling. Credit card refunds can be arranged by special request once the return has been received and inspected, and only to the card used at the time of purchase. Smoke Cartel cannot accept returns for orders shipped outside of the United States; all international purchases are final. If an item arrives damaged or is suspected to be defective, the customer should contact customer service immediately rather than returning it. For items broken in shipping, Smoke Cartel replaces them with the same piece or an agreed equivalent, provided the break is reported within two days of delivery and the package is photographed and documented.

Discounts and offers at Smoke Cartel

Smoke Cartel offers free domestic shipping on all orders above 50 USD. It runs a Price Match Guarantee with a 5% price beat on eligible items: if an identical product from the same brand is found at a lower price at online competitors such as Grasscity, Billowby or Cloud Culture, Smoke Cartel matches or beats that price, excluding wholesalers and auction sites. Its monthly subscription boxes are sold at a saving: the Immortal Rip monthly box is advertised as saving up to 48 USD a year. The store also lists gift cards, gifts under 50 USD, gifts under 100 USD and gift bundles.
