What Supernote sells

The Nomad has a 7.8 inch glass E Ink screen and is described as an alternative to mini-sized planners and journals for on-the-go use. Supernote also sells pens, folios in materials such as cowhide, canvas, and vegan leather, replacement nibs, and special sets including the Supernote × LAMY Special Set. The product range includes open-box versions of devices and accessories.

For the UK, dispatch takes place within 5 working days and delivery takes 7 to 8 working days. Supernote returns

Supernote accepts returns of items purchased from Supernote.com within 30 calendar days of receipt. Handwriting films purchased separately cannot be returned. A return must be authorized by email before the item is sent back, and the device must be factory-reset to remove personal data. The item must be returned in its original packaging with instructions and spare parts. Supernote does not provide prepaid shipping labels. For customers outside the US and Canada, a customs fee of 17% of the item’s stated value is deducted from the refund. If a factory hardware defect was mentioned with evidence at the time of the return request, Supernote provides a full refund and pays shipping charges.
