Tennis-Point grants consumers a right of withdrawal under the terms set out on its returns page. The withdrawal period runs from the day on which the buyer, or a third party named by the buyer who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item. The shop bears the cost of returning the goods, and the buyer is asked to send items back in the original packaging where possible, with all accessories included. A model withdrawal form is provided, though using it is not required.
