The Nursery offers free delivery on orders over £49.99 for most parcels, depending on size and weight, to most of the UK. The site also advertises free delivery over £50 on its home page. Next Day Delivery is available when you order by 9pm, and DPD handles standard and next day deliveries between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery is UK-wide, with some geographical restrictions: parcels may not reach the Scottish Highlands or more remote parts of Scotland, and the store cannot deliver to the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland.

The Nursery offers full refunds within 30 days of receiving your order, and an exchange for a different size, colour or style at any time within 365 days of your original purchase. To qualify, items must be brand new, unused, in their original box and internal packaging, with all tags and labels attached. For hygiene and safety reasons, infant feeding items, breast pumps, mattresses and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, and refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 working days of the return being received and approved.
