European delivery ranges from £11.95 per parcel for the Netherlands to £25 per parcel for Italy, Portugal and Switzerland, with transit times of 7 to 9 working days. All orders are tracked via DPD, and items ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

The Towel returns

The Towel offers 365 days to return any unwanted items, provided they are unused, unwashed and undamaged. Customers fill in the Returns Form and the Customer Service team returns with a return label. Items are under the customer’s responsibility until received, and the shop advises using a tracked courier. If a return is due to a manufacturing fault, The Towel Shop covers the cost of return; otherwise the customer is liable for the cost of return.
