TransTape® shipping

TransTape® processes and ships orders the next business day, Monday to Friday, and sends a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has shipped. Shipping labels are discreet and confidential, with orders arriving in a plain brown box and the return address reading "TT" instead of TransTape. EU and UK orders ship from the Netherlands warehouse using Duties Unpaid delivery, while orders from elsewhere ship from the US warehouse sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), with customs and import duties included at checkout. Shipping insurance through Shiptection can be added during checkout and covers lost, damaged or stolen packages, with most claims resolved within 24 hours of submission. Orders can be edited or cancelled up to 1 hour after being placed through the confirmation email.

TransTape® returns

TransTape® gives buyers 30 days to return an item bought online with a valid receipt, and 30 days from the delivery date to report issues such as missing items or product issues. Items must be unused, in the same condition received and in original unopened packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, no prepaid return labels are provided and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued as store credit only, which does not expire, except in cases outside the customer’s control such as lost or damaged packages, carrier errors, duplicate charges or defective items, where a refund to the original payment method may be considered. TransTape® does not offer exchanges; customers can return an item for a refund and place a new order.
