TuxMat.com shipping

TuxMat.com offers free shipping to most locations within the United States. Shipping is handled with FedEx across the United States. Deliveries to remote areas may incur additional charges due to higher carrier costs, and all fees are displayed before the order is completed. The brand does not ship to PO boxes, APO boxes or Puerto Rico, and only ships to physical addresses. Most orders ship within 2 business days, holidays excluded. A shipping label is created and an email with a tracking number is sent before the package leaves the facility, and the package ships within 1 to 2 business days of that email. If an item goes out of stock after an order is processed, the brand states it will reach out and refund in full to the original payment method.

TuxMat.com returns

TuxMat.com gives buyers 30 days from the date of delivery to return a purchase for a full refund. The 30-Day Risk-Free Trial covers the return shipping. A Return Request form is completed on the website, and a representative contacts the buyer within one business day to finalize the return. Every TuxMat is also backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects, which is non-transferable. Exclusions include normal wear and tear, improper cleaning, accidents and modifications. If no replacement is available, a store credit is applied to the account. Replacement parts can be requested through a Warranty Request.

For first-time buyers, the brand states it does not offer any discounts at this time. Good to know about TuxMat.com

TuxMat.com states that its floor mats cover more than the floor, extending up the sidewalls to block messes from every angle and protect spots other mats leave exposed. The textured, leather-like surface is designed to blend into the vehicle interior. The package includes a green bag of clips for secure installation, velcro clips attached to the driver’s side mat, and a QR code for installation instructions. The brand focuses on producing mats for vehicles still in production and does not currently make custom runs for discontinued or rare cars. A Model Request Form and a waitlist on the product page are available for unlisted vehicles. Customer service states it responds within two business days. Orders are processed immediately after placement, and no changes can be made once an order is in the fulfillment stage.
