White Stuff ships free on UK orders over £70. Standard UK delivery costs £3.95 and takes 3 to 4 days. White Stuff also offers free click and collect from its UK shops, with next-day collection available for orders placed by 8pm Monday to Thursday. Orders are held in shop for 14 days before being returned and refunded.

White Stuff returns

White Stuff returns full price items within 30 days and sale items within 14 days of purchase or receipt. Items can be returned free of charge to any White Stuff shop, including online orders. Online returns cost £2.50 via the returns portal. White Stuff has extended its Christmas returns policy so that non-sale items purchased from 1st October 2026 can be returned until 10th January 2027.
