Adore Me shipping

Adore Me ships free on U.S. orders over $75 for A-List members and over $50 for Premier members. Adore Me A-List Members automatically receive free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more, and Adore Me Premier Members automatically receive free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more. The merchandise total must reach $75 for A-List Members or $50 for Premier Members after any rewards, offers or promotions are applied; shipping and handling, taxes and gift card purchases do not count toward the minimum. Non-A-List customers pay $5.95 for standard shipping on U.S. orders and a $10.95 flat rate for shipping to Canada. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and typically ship within 1–2 business days of the order being placed. A tracking link is emailed once the order ships, and tracking is also available in the Adore Me account under My Orders.

Adore Me returns

Adore Me returns are free for A-List members and carry a restocking fee for others. Any item purchased that you do not love may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase, excluding final sale items. The 30-day timeframe starts from the date the order ships. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and otherwise in its original condition with the garment tag attached, and it may be refunded in the original form and amount of payment. For non-A-List customers, each returned item is subject to a $5.95 restocking fee in the U.S. and a $10.95 restocking fee in Canada. Free exchanges are available on U.S. orders for the same item in a different size; exchanges on Canada orders are subject to a $10.95 restocking fee. Final sale items may be exchanged for the same style in a different size while stock lasts. Once a return is received, Adore Me allows up to 30 days to process the request.
