Orders are processed in the order they are received and usually take 3-5 business days to produce before shipping, and during the holiday season from November 1st to December 31st they can take up to 10 business days. Orders shipped within the contiguous US go via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise specified, and UPS Worldwide shipping is available for Canada orders, with any taxes, fees or dues on receipt being the customer’s responsibility. Expedited shipping, including Next Day Air, 2-Day Air and 3-Day Select, is available for all orders shipped within the continental US and Canada, and the 3-5 business day processing time still applies to those methods.

Art of Tea considers return requests within 30 days of the order delivery date, and its returns are issued as store credit rather than refunds. If a 4oz pouch of loose leaf tea is not enjoyed, Art of Tea offers a one-time store credit for the item amount excluding shipping charges, and this does not apply to 1lb pouches, iced tea pouches, artisan tins or pyramid sachets. Unopened and unused 50ct. cases of pyramid sachets can be returned for store credit, while 12ct. boxes are not accepted for return. If merchandise arrives damaged, Art of Tea can arrange a replacement when photo documentation is provided. If an order is returned to Art of Tea after a failed delivery attempt, the team contacts the customer to arrange reshipment, and approved store credit or a refund to the original payment method is processed within 5-10 business days of the returned package being received.
