What Bare Necessities sells

Bras in many styles, including minimizer, t-shirt, balconette, push-up, strapless, bralette, sport, wire-free and underwire, plus panties in thongs, briefs, bikinis, hipsters and boyshorts. Swimwear covers bikinis, tankinis, one-pieces, high-waist bottoms, slimming styles and cover-ups, with bra-sized swimwear. Sleepwear and loungewear include chemises and babydolls, pajama sets, nightgowns and sleep shirts, robes and athleisure. Activewear includes sports bras, leggings and yoga pants, tanks and tops, dresses and skirts. Shapewear ranges from smoothing light control to sculpting firm control, with shaping bodysuits, camisoles, high-waist shapers and mid-thigh shapers. Hosiery and sexy lingerie also appear in the catalogue, and gift cards are sold.

Prices

Promotions on the home page include t-shirt bras starting at $45, seven panties for $35, buy one get one 50% off on Reveal bras, and a free sleep shirt with orders of $175 or more. Multipack panties are offered at three for $36, $39, $42, $48 or $54, and swimwear starts at $19.99. In a sample of 100 products from the public product list, prices ran from $2.99 to $320, with a middle price of $39.99.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days from purchase for a refund to the credit card or account. Orders paid entirely with a voucher, e-Gift Certificate or Rewards Cheque are refunded as a voucher. Only unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags is accepted, and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The buyer pays return shipping; using the printed label through the online returns process deducts a $6.95 fee from the return credit, or the return can be shipped independently with an insured, traceable method. If incorrect or damaged merchandise was sent, the return shipping fee is waived and the replacement ships free of charge.
