What Bluebella sells

Bluebella sells lingerie sets, bras, knickers, bodysuits, corsets and basques, suspenders, hosiery, body jewellery and latex lingerie. Its nightwear range covers pyjamas, teddies, chemises, kimonos, sleep masks and scrunchies, and its swim range covers swimsuits, bikinis and beachwear. Bluebella returns

Bluebella gives buyers 28 days from receiving their parcel to return any part of an order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, securely packaged in their original packaging with all tags attached and the updated delivery note included. Once a return arrives at the warehouse, processing typically takes 4–14 working days. UK customers can request an exchange for the same style in a different size, subject to availability. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For incorrect or faulty items, Bluebella asks customers to contact its customer care team within 14 days of receipt of the parcel to obtain a refund.

Bluebella states 10% off when you sign up. It also offers 15% off for under 26s and students.
